The Fall rain has arrived in Kamloops, and with it a slew of mud. I’ve been spending more time up in Kamloops this Fall to focus on training, and being in Kamloops always leaves me with free time. That time is spent at home when the weather is as it has been. Like last fall, I’ve spent a lot of that time writing. Here are a few of the projects I’ve been working on or will be working on this Fall.

Coach Bondarchuk is a scientist, graduating with a degree in Pedagogical Science from the University of Kiev over 40 years ago. Like all scientists, he likes to experiment. He’s been experimenting for decades, searching for the best training methods. I am now one of his research subjects.

As I’ve mentioned before, this past year I founded the Evergreen Athletic Fund to assist local throwers of all ages. I thought I would give you all an update on how things are progressing.
