UK Sport and Sport England who are the governments sports funding agencies have a lot of people on the payroll. In 2013 the money will be gone, so despite our decaying stadiums, hopefully British Athletes will be able to walk tall among athletes around the world once again. Its a lonely place in the UK at the moment when individuals are shouted down for raising the concerns that you articulated.
